What CitywideLink does
CitywideLink gives residents one place to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, broken streetlights, missed trash pickup, graffiti, and damaged sidewalks. Each report gets a tracking number, a spot on the shared neighborhood map, and a public status that moves from Submitted to In Progress to Resolved. Residents can follow issues near them, receive updates, browse community alerts about road closures, weather, and events, and find up-to-date contact details for local services.
Who it is for
CitywideLink is built for everyday residents who want a simpler way to flag problems in their neighborhood and see what happens next. It also serves community volunteers who help review reports, keep service directories accurate, and post local updates. Anyone can browse the map and alerts without an account; creating a free account lets you track your own requests, follow neighbors, and share community posts.
Who builds it
CitywideLink is an independent project run by community members and volunteers. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any city government or municipal agency. Reports submitted here are shared with the community and, where possible, forwarded to the appropriate public contacts, but CitywideLink cannot guarantee a response from any agency. The platform is funded by voluntary community contributions and local sponsors, and we publish resolution statistics on our Transparency page.
